Clinical supervision

How I work
Supervision with me is active and conversational. We can think together about your client work, including the things that leave you feeling uncertain, challenged or curious. There is room to explore what is happening for the client, within the therapeutic relationship, and in your own responses to the work.
As an integrative supervisor, I draw on different ways of thinking while remaining interested in how you understand your clients and your practice. Supervision is a place for reflection, challenge and support, while strengthening trust in your own judgement. Alongside this reflective work, we can also consider ethical dilemmas, boundaries, risk and the professional responsibilities that are part of therapeutic practice.

Developing as a practitioner
A space to think carefully about your clients, explore what may be happening within the work, and consider different ways of understanding what you are encountering.
A place to think through ethical questions, boundaries, risk and responsibility, particularly when there may not be an obvious or straightforward answer.
For trainees and qualified therapists alike, supervision can be a place to deepen your practice, recognise your strengths and continue developing your own way of working.
